One design language across the marketing site and the console

"The Atrium" was promoted from a single page to the whole site: one palette, one type scale, one set of primitives across every route
The console was reskinned onto the same tokens — a narrower icon rail, a per-module sidebar, and calmer surfaces so data reads before chrome
The brand lockup now sits in the navbar on every page

callario.com went live on a single-host production stack with a written runbook, smoke-verified end to end
Closed several over-billing holes found by adversarial review: a returning visitor reopening a resolved chat no longer produces a second billable resolution, and the confirmation classifier was recalibrated so ambiguous replies under-count rather than over-count
Guardrails now run before the billing trigger, not after it
Durable S3-compatible object storage for attachments, replacing ephemeral local disk
Marketing lead capture is persisted server-side instead of being discarded in the browser
A migration safety gate in CI enforces expand/contract ordering before any schema change lands

First commit on 8 June: the omnichannel inbox, ticketing, routing, CRM, knowledge base, workflow engine and the AI agent loop
Verified-resolution metering: a resolution is counted only when the customer's own reply confirms it, with handoffs, abstentions and silence excluded by construction
Spend caps and in-app budget alerts on every workspace, with usage visible before anything is charged
Hash-chained audit log covering governance actions and dispute decisions, verifiable via /v1/audit/verify
GDPR data-subject requests — export and erasure — reaching the AI, chat and voice records as well as the core tables
AI quality dashboard, evaluation harness, and a publish gate that blocks an agent without instructions, a channel and a knowledge source
