Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Callario platform, website and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, or by accepting these Terms in an order or sign-up flow, you agree to be bound by them.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organisation.

Callario is an early-stage company offering the Services as a supervised alpha. Features and availability may change as the Services evolve. Voice (phone) channels are not yet operational.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

You may use the Services only lawfully and in line with these Terms. You may not misuse them — including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with their normal operation, reverse engineering them except where the law allows, or using them to send unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

You are responsible for your end users' use of the Services and for having every right and consent needed for the data you submit.

You keep all rights in the content and data you submit to the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant Callario a limited licence to host, process and transmit Customer Content only to provide and support the Services for you.

Our processing of personal information in Customer Content is governed by our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these Terms where it applies.

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Customer Content and for your right to use it with the Services.

The Services include AI features that answer customers, draft replies, summarise conversations, suggest classifications and help run workflows. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising AI-assisted activity, particularly during the alpha.

You decide which AI features are switched on, how much the AI agent may do on its own, and when a conversation goes to a person. Callario does not use your data to train foundation models.

Any commercial terms that apply to your use of the Services are set out in your order.

These Terms stay in effect while you use the Services. Either party may end them as described in the applicable order or, where there is no order, on reasonable notice. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users.

When these Terms end, your right to use the Services ends, and we will handle Customer Content in line with the applicable agreement and our Data Processing Addendum.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" and, during the alpha, may be subject to interruptions, errors and changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callario disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callario will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Callario's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the period giving rise to the claim, or as otherwise set out in your order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top; for material changes we will take reasonable additional steps to give notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept it.

These Terms, together with any applicable order, the Data Processing Addendum and the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and Callario about the Services and replace any earlier agreement on the subject.
