For SaaS

How-to questions answered in-app. Bugs sent to engineers.

Your AI agent lives inside your web app and answers from your docs and the tickets your team has already solved — knowing which plan the user is on. Real bugs become Jira issues and reach the right engineers with the thread, the account and an AI briefing, so nobody asks the customer to start again.

  • Answers from your docs and solved tickets
  • Plan and account details from your API, for signed-in users
  • Bugs and how-tos sorted by AI, then routed

How do I make Jonas an admin? I can’t find the option.

Go to Settings → Members, open Jonas and choose “Admin”. Your Team plan allows 5 admins and you have 3, so you’re fine to add him.

01A real bug

The AI knows it can’t fix it.
Your engineer starts with everything.

When a customer hits a genuine defect, the AI says so and brings in a person. Triage reads the intent, routing finds an engineer with the right skill, and Copilot drafts the reply from a matching solved ticket and your internal runbook — your engineer checks it and sends.

FFieldnoteHelp · Support engineering

CSV exports keep failing since this morning — “Error 502” every time.

Thanks for reporting it. That looks like a problem on our side rather than a setting, so I’ve passed it to our support engineers with your workspace details.

Hi Dana — this matches a known issue with large exports, and a fix is rolling out today. Meanwhile, exporting one month at a time works.

Behind the conversation

03What changes

More users, not more of the same ticket.

  • Every new signup brings the same “how do I…?” questions to your team.

The AI answers them inside your app, from the docs you already wrote.

  • A bot that doesn’t know which plan the user is on — and guesses.

For signed-in users, it reads plan and account details from your own API.

  • Bug reports wait in the general queue until someone notices them.

AI spots them, opens a Jira issue, and routing sends them to engineers with the right skill.

  • Engineers dig through old tickets to find how a problem was fixed last time.

Copilot drafts the answer from the solved ticket and your runbook, cited.

04Honest about scope

What works for your product today, and what isn’t built yet.

Live today

  • AI agent inside your web app and as a hosted chat link
  • Help centre where customers search docs and follow their requests
  • Plan and account lookups through your own endpoint, for verified users
  • Companies with tiers, routed to their own queues and SLA targets
  • Copilot drafts for technical escalations, with sources cited
  • Email and Slack conversations in the same inbox
  • Bug reports become Jira issues, with the issue key on the ticket
  • Churn-risk tickets go to the account owner as a high-priority task

Not built yet

  • Native mobile SDKs for iOS and Android

05Straight answers

Before you ship it
inside your product.

How does the AI know which plan a user is on?
Your app signs who the user is, and you give Callario an endpoint that returns their account details. The agent calls it only for that verified user, so it never reads one customer’s account to another.
Can it reset passwords or change a user’s plan?
No. It explains how, with the doc cited, or starts one of your workflows — which can ask a person to approve and then call your own API. It never changes an account on its own.
Will it learn from the tickets we have already solved?
If you opt in, resolved tickets become a source alongside your articles, with personal details scrubbed before they are indexed. Nothing is used to train a model.
Does it create issues in Jira?
Yes. Connect Jira with your own token, and the SaaS pack’s workflow spots a bug report in a new ticket, opens a Jira issue and notes the issue key on the ticket — so your engineers can follow it and the ticket keeps the whole conversation.
Does it work in our mobile app?
Not natively yet: there is no iOS or Android SDK. The widget runs in your web app, and the hosted chat link opens anywhere a browser can, including inside a web view.
