Articles AI helps you write — and answers from.
Write with an AI assistant built into the editor, turn solved tickets and unanswered questions into drafts, and publish to a branded help centre your customers can search. The same reviewed articles ground your AI agent’s answers and Copilot’s drafts — so every improvement shows up everywhere at once.
- An AI writing assistant in the editor, in English and Arabic
- Gaps found from what the AI and your customers couldn’t find
- The source your AI agent and Copilot answer from
Change your delivery address
How to send an order somewhere else before it leaves the warehouse.
You can change where an order goes until it has been handed to the courier.
In the event that your order has not yet been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, you may submit a request to amend the shipping destination via your account settings.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can change the address in Account → Orders.
AI can be wrong. Check facts, and fill in anything marked [add: …].
01Content gaps
It shows you what’s missing.
Then drafts the article.
Callario watches three signals: questions your AI agent handed off or couldn’t resolve, help-centre searches that found nothing, and articles readers marked unhelpful. Pick a gap and the AI drafts an article from the real conversations — or start from any solved ticket.
- Personal details are scrubbed before the AI reads a ticket
- Where the source is silent, the draft says [add: …] instead of guessing
- Every AI draft waits for a person — nothing publishes itself

Drafted from solved ticket #1182
Update the address on an order that hasn’t shipped
Personal details scrubbed before the AI read the ticket. Created as a draft — a person reviews it before it publishes.
02Help centre
A help centre on your brand.
Live only after review.
Publish to a help centre with your name, logo and colours, where customers search for answers, browse topics, rate articles, and send or track a request. Articles move from draft to review to published, and a review date brings each one back before it goes stale.
- Help-centre chrome in English, Arabic, French and Spanish
- Every revision kept, and any one restorable
- Import PDF, Markdown, HTML or text files with their structure

03One source
The articles your AI cites.
The ones Copilot drafts from.
Published public articles ground your AI agent’s answers, and its replies list the titles of the articles they drew on. Copilot drafts for your team from the same articles, plus internal ones customers never see. Each article shows how often the AI cited it — and how those conversations ended.
- Internal articles reach your team and Copilot, never a customer
- Drafts and articles in review stay out of every AI answer
- Semantic and keyword search in English and Arabic
