Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Callario ("Callario", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information in connection with our customer-support platform, this website and related services (together, the "Services").

It applies to personal information we process as a controller — for example, information about visitors to this website, prospective customers and the people who work for our business customers. Where our customers use the Services to process personal information about their own end users, the customer is the controller and Callario is a processor; that processing is governed by our agreement with the customer, including our Data Processing Addendum.

Callario is an early-stage company running a supervised design-partner alpha. We keep our data practices deliberately limited and will update this policy as the Services evolve.

Account and contact information. When you register interest, request a demo or create an account, we collect information such as your name, work email, company name and role.

Usage and device information. When you use the Services we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics and the pages or screens you use, including through cookies that keep you signed in.

Customer content. When you use the Services, you and your end users may submit messages, tickets, knowledge content and related data. We process this content on your behalf to provide the Services.

Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide in that message.

We use personal information to provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services; to communicate with you about your account, your requests and product updates; to keep the Services secure and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

We use error-monitoring and operational information to diagnose and fix technical problems.

Callario does not use customer content to train foundation models. AI features process your data only to produce results for you within the Services, under the controls your administrators configure.

We share personal information with service providers (subprocessors) that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, error monitoring and AI model processing. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. The categories are listed on our Subprocessors page.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Customer content is kept according to the applicable customer agreement and is deleted or returned at the end of it as described there.

We maintain administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, appropriate to the nature of the data and our stage of operations. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Callario does not hold a SOC 2 attestation. Our current controls, and what is not built yet, are described on our Security page.

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing and to data portability. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Where Callario acts as a processor for a customer, requests from that customer's end users should go to the customer, and we will help the customer respond as required.

We may process and store information in places other than where it was collected. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Callario currently runs in a single hosting region and does not offer a choice of data-residency region. You can ask us for the current processing location through our contact page.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top; for material changes we will take reasonable additional steps to let you know. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
